1. Who is the data controller? 

A data controller is the individual or legal person who controls and is responsible to keep and use personal data in paper or electronic files. Allianz Kunde und Markt GmbH is the data controller as defined by relevant data protection laws and regulations. 

 

2. What personal data will be collected? 

2.1 Visiting the Website 

When you visit the Allianz marketplace Website, our web server automatically records details about your visit including: 

  • IP address; 

  • the website from which you visited us; 

  • the type of browser software used; 

  • the Allianz marketplace Website pages that you visit; and 

  • the date and duration of your visit to the Allianz Website 

2.2 Usage of Contact Form 

If you make a contact request, the data you enter in the contact form (name, email address, content of your request) will be used for processing your request. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a) GDPR. We delete your data as soon as they are no longer required for the purposes mentioned above and there are no retention periods that prevent deletion. 

2.3 Creation of User Account 

If you request the creation of an user account, the data you submit (name, email address) will be used for the creation of your user account. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a) GDPR. We delete your data as soon as they are no longer required for the purposes mentioned above and there are no retention periods that prevent deletion.

Allianz will use your personal data for the following purposes: 

  • for technical administration, research and development of the Allianz marketplace Website; 

  • for user administration; 

  • to maintain business relationships;
